Building up the repertoire to evolve into a commercially viable entity has preoccupied the Research and Development effort so far to creating traditional flavours demanded and fondly requested by food manufacturers. A number of our creations have become the flavour of choice amongst some of our customers who use them.

Having immersed into the local Asean way of life and in their eating habits and taste preferences, which often tends to have a mix of the various taste notes, our European trained flavourist has begun to create flavours that translate these experiences. When manufacturers here talk to him and his team they understand them perfectly as they too have had similar experiences.

The Research and Development technical team also meet with customers to provide them technical assistance where this is needed. From our application laboratories beverage applications have been concocted and these formulations have been shared with our manufacturing customers who have made successful launches of new products based on these.

This ongoing activity is primed to now introduce to the world a series of flavours, influenced and created from this region that is well known for Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Indian and Malay cuisines.
